MASS EMAILS — PERSONALIZED CONTENT
In an effort to reach a greater number of prospective students with quality information about their programs, The College of Saint Rose reached out to FutureMedia for help. Working closely with the school’s award winning marketing staff, we developed the web components of an integrated student recruitment campaign. The blast emails and microsites developed by FutureMedia work in conjunction with traditional direct mail, and have helped Saint Rose reach a broad audience with excellent response rates.
FutureMedia designed, developed, and manages the sending of targeted emails to large lists of prospective students. The emails contain Personalized URLs (PURLS), which allow each recipient to update his or her personal information, then be directed to websites relevant to the email or targeted to recipients’ specific interests and needs.
By working with FutureMedia, The College of Saint rose has been able save money, and has achieved higher view rates and response rates than with previous email campaigns.
EMAIL BEST PRACTICES
As part of this process, FutureMedia makes sure each email meets the Can-Spam Act. This means we provide an automatic and immediate unsubscribe process, and automated removal of invalid emails from the list. These steps also help ensure the highest delivery rates possible.
