Toshiba’s customer service web site was recently completely redesigned and relaunched. Originally, the site looked nothing like the main Toshiba Web site. Consumers were forced to adapt not just to a new look and feel, but to a whole way of navigation through content. Now customers enjoy an integrated experience when traveling from one site to the next. As part of the overhaul, the site was also restructured to make user product information easier to find. This includes a user-friendly application that FutureMedia created for quickly finding all available product support information.

CALL CENTER COST SAVINGS

Because product information is easier to find, visitors have less need to call Toshiba’s Service Center with questions. And when calls are necessary, site visitors can quickly find the correct phone numbers and be prepared with pertinent information. This means customer support specialists spend less time pre-qualifying callers and gathering necessary information. As part of this process, FutureMedia integrated a self-help support system that helps people find answers, often without having to call the Service Center at all.


The latest Think Breakfast! campaign includes games for CD-ROM, Web, iPhones and iPads.
Harness the power and connectivity of today's smartphones with Pocket Campus™ — the revolutionary new search application for iPhones and iPods.	FutureMedia created Discover Saint Rose, an iPhone and iPod Touch app for prospective students at The College of Saint Rose.

An iPhone game that lets players show off their superior snowball skills.	A beautifully crafted, addictive game for the iPhone.

Glyph allows an organization to maintain precise control of the brand and website organization, while empowering anyone in your organization to craft their message and content.	The Regza Virtual Showroom is an exciting, new type of website that features an interactive video host as well as planning and learning tools.

A rich-media microsite that is engaging and interactive, yet easy to maintain, update, and share.	The redesign of the Toshiba website turned an information source for dealers into a powerful marketing tool.

The Toshiba Service Site redesign quickly links customers to solutions, and reduces call center dependence.	The HD DVD microsite targets first adopters with a high-tech look and feel, yet still speaks to consumers new to the format.

A hip and fun site created to sell to a hip, fun demographic.	FutureMedia partnered with GE Energy to develop a new interactive tool for the company's global sales force.

Girl Scouts of the USA New Leadership Experience Website	Two interactive kiosks allow girls to explore how they can make a difference, and then share it with the world.

FutureMedia redesigned Saint Rose’s website to match their award-winning communications materials, and to empower users with the Glyph Collaborative Publishing System.	This interactive rich media presentation introduces prospective students to all that Saint Rose has to offer.

FutureMedia designed, developed, and managed a targeted email campaign that works in conjunction with traditional direct mail.	This high-energy, animated video welcomes newly accepted students to The College of Saint Rose.

FutureMedia created a platform on which educational CD-ROM titles can be quickly and easily brought to market.	This training website elevates the user experience beyond that normally seen in courseware products.

This fast, user-friendly search application helps parents find the private secondary school that is right for their children.	The third in a series, Think Breakfast! 2008 educates children about nutrition in a fun, addictive way.
